What the suggestion is(plugin, rules update, idea you think could work, etc.): Forum's addition. The second paragraph explains how it could work in the section below.
Why we should have it: Seeing as how there is currently no section to have a player based area in which each player can keep/update their background, it would be rather useful to have one. For instance, after you come to this area, play around a bit with the RP, you find yourself turning into a ghoul. Well, your back story will not include that if someone goes off & reads it. For all they know you magically became it.
This could work if we divided up each part into the different launches. For instance, each launch would have its own sub-forum within the section. Now there can be charters who could live longer than others, & move along to different launches. Having the ability to use past lore we created would be quite useful as well as thicken bios & so fourth. All this would do is have an archive of bios for short.
