Right now one of the biggest problems between factions is attacking and trying to overcome their opponent. This is very hard considering that faction bases cannot be broken into and most battles are usually exchange of fire between walls. This is what I aim to suggest. Each faction would control (Probably starting with just one ) a number of outposts. This outposts have a respawning chest of a certain item or resource, making outposts worth fighting and defending for. The chest should respawn every 24h and can be opened by anyone.
Outposts would be mostly small bases with walls. (Sorta like Sprocket Refugee Camp or UNR) Enemy factions CAN break into ONLY during official attacks. The faction that controls the outpost can modify it in any way it wants and allow whoever they want in it. Outposts could work from anything to just guarding outposts to recruiting bases.
Every faction can attack an enemy outpost every week on a certain date. Admins, faction leaders and mods will agree on which days are more convinient for everybody and when most people log in. Faction attacks will always be meet with resistence, as there is really no fun taking control of an empty outpost simply because the guards were logged off (It also makes you look like an asshole opportunist
)
Aaand thats it. This is mostly an excuse for factions to be able to vent off on each others outposts without breaking too much rules. So as a rule of the thumb, never keep your most important stuff in outposts, always in the base. Permissions must be gained from admins or mods before building one obviously.
